Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Northstone Consulting website and any free resources we publish. Separate written agreements govern paid consulting engagements; where they conflict with these terms, the engagement contract takes precedence.

2. Use of the website

You may browse the site for lawful, non-commercial information purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the PMO AI Maturity Model, frameworks, written copy, graphics, and downloadable resources — is owned by Northstone Consulting or its licensors. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell, or train AI models on our material without prior written consent.

4. No professional advice

Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional, legal, or regulatory advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own. For advice tailored to your organisation, engage us under a formal scope of work.

5. Third-party links

Where we link to third-party tools, vendors, or articles, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstone Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for matters that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Engagements

All consulting work is delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, data handling, and acceptance. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
